Reward Distribution Mechanism:
50% is allocated to guild members proportionally based on their contribution to the guild funds.
30% goes to the guild manager as operational remuneration.
20% is awarded to the guild founder in recognition of their foundational role.
Protection Mechanism: To ensure fairness, the plundered guild receives a 15-minute protection period during which they cannot be plundered again, allowing for recovery and re-strategizing.
